OK, after getting her head stuck in a rocking chair last week, some of you may be beginning to wonder... but I promise, we're good parents!
Tonight Luna fell off our bed and hit her head on my cedar chest. Bas brought her downstairs and showed it to me, and - no, this time i didn't stop to take a picture. There was blood all over her hair, a cut, and a big goose egg. So away we went.
Fortunately, the hospital in Hochstadt is only about 15 minutes away, and a very small, local hospital, so they were perfect for this type of situation. We knew it wasn't serious, but wanted to someone to look at it anyway. And since we were certainly the only customers, it only took us about a half an hour.
They had to shave a bit of her hair off to put the adhesive on, so that will be fun to see grow back, and since they put that on, we can't get her scalp wet for 3 days. Not sure what I will do about all the blood in her hair! Try to wet wipe it out I guess... but she's fine, and... so are we!
