We just got back from our trip to Croatia, and I will be posting pictures as soon as I can - but since we have friends coming to visit this weekend, I will have to try and do so, while getting unpacked, TONS of laundry done, and cleaning the house before Friday!
And of course we have tons of pictures so it will take me a while! We visited 5 countries, including a drive through Austria, Lake Bled-Slovenia, the Istrian Peninsula in Croatia (Rovinj, Pula, Porec, Motovun, Vodnjan, Pizan, Vrsar, and the Limski Fjord,) Venice-Italy, and finally Berchtesgaden and the Eagle's Nest in Germany!
In our last week in Croatia, we also met an older Austrian couple who took a liking to us, and invited us out on a boat ride with them, so we got to see much of the coastline by boat as well - which gave us a whole new perspective on the islands and coastline! They were a really great couple, and we spent the last few nights hanging out with them, so we will probably be sharing pictures that they took of us as well. And two nights before we left, I got singled out to participate in a guys against girls game at the resort - and Gabi (the wife of the Austrian couple) got the whole thing on video, so we will hopefully post parts of that, too! It was hilarious.
Anyway - we had a great time and got great tans, can't wait to post the pics, so stay tuned!
