Fall Flowers...

Seems it's time for fall flowers... at least all the stores here are telling everybody so! If there is one thing about the Germans - they are CONSISTENT! Every fall everyone changes their plant containers over to a very predictable heather and pansie arrangement. They are quite lovely, and are winter hardy - or fall hardy at least. So I joined this year, kind of... we splurged on heather, cabbage flowers (I don't know what else to call them!) and a couple of mums for good measure. I even put them in the window boxes I have hanging on our fence, and I quite like the results!
