Some good friends who used to live here in Germany are visiting for the week, and I feel so lucky that we get to see them! We met up with them on Sunday at a Biergarten which doubles as a petting zoo, with a red-neck style theme park thing goin' on. We think it's funny, the kids have a blast, and we had some pretty darn good wurst and sauerkraut.
It was like Abbey and Luna hadn't missed a beat! (After a year and a half!!!)
Here are the go-carts. The sign says it is 50 cents to ride them, and that you must be between the mature old age of 2 and 7 years old to ride them. :)
There are no raccoon in Germany, or even Europe I think. This was quite a treat. Looked like a rabies lawsuit waiting to happen to me...
Tess nommed her links.
I had to get a shot of the rabbit's ears!
But as I mentioned - the girls had a blast!
Betcha never been in a fancy aquarium like this...
Abbey wasn't too sure of the horse.
The alpaca wasn't too sure about the girls...
Today we met at a park for some more fun playtime and girl-talk time!
Eine kleine picnic was enjoyed by all.
And then we went to town on our Eis... especially A. :)
Always a lady though!
Luna did her best to catch up!
